Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
– advance payment – not provided;
– payment procedure – payments for the services rendered are made between the Customer and the Contractor according to the completed and completed stages of the calendar plan to the contract in the amount of their price. The customer makes the payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the acceptance of the result of the services (stage of services);
– the basis for the calculations: a signed universal transfer document or an act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, executed in accordance with the established procedure.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
