Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer on the basis of an invoice for payment issued by the Contractor after the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of Services (Appendix No. 3) (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), subject to the provisions of clause 4, after 15 (fifteen) calendar days, but no later than 20 (twenty)calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice for payment from the date of receipt by the Customer of a scanned copy of the invoice for payment in 1 (one) copy in Turkish with translation into Russian sent by the Contractor to the Customer's e-mail info@akkuyu.com . The Russian-language translation of the invoice for payment must be certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Contractor.
If the Customer does not receive the invoice for payment 5 (five) business days before the due date of the corresponding payment under the Agreement, the payment period is automatically extended until the expiration of 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Customer. In this case, late payment penalties or penalties are not applied to the Customer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
