Purchasing items:
1. Development of the program of ecological monitoring (PEM) of the state of the components of the natural environment and coordination with the Customer (1 set)
2. Development of draft standards of permissible emissions and obtaining a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on compliance of maximum permissible emissions with sanitary rules in the territorial administration of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (1 set)
3. Development of an action plan to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air during periods of adverse meteorological conditions and coordination with the executive authority authorized to carry out regional state environmental supervision (1 set)
4. Development of a program of industrial environmental control (PEC) for an Object that has a negative impact on the environment (ONVOS), and coordination with the Customer (1 set)
5. Development of a program for monitoring the state of the subsoil (local monitoring of the subsoil) and coordination with the Customer (1 set)
