| Payment terms: | 30% - the advance payment is payable by the Buyer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract. Subject to receipt of the invoice for payment and receipt of security for the refund of the advance.
70% – No earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days (for small and medium–sized businesses - no more than 15 working days) following the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note (unified form TORG-12), subject to the provision of originals of primary documents: invoice, invoice, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer. |
