| Payment terms: | Payment Terms (Provider has the right to opt out of receiving advance):
30% - The upfront payment is payable by the Buyer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Subject to receipt of payment invoice and receipt of advance refund security.
70% — Not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days (small and medium-sized businesses not more than 15 working days) following the date Buyer signing a goods invoice (UNIFORM BIG-12) subject to the provision of original original documents: invoice, invoice, TTN, Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the value of the goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer. |
