| Payment terms: | An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of the Equipment is payable no later than 30 calendar days from the date of submission in full of the original documents (invoices for the advance payment, ensuring the fulfillment of obligations to return the advance payment).
The final settlement in the amount of 70% of the cost of the supplied and accepted Equipment is payable not earlier than 45 and not later than 75 calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Equipment Acceptance Certificate, the Consignment Note and the provision of original primary documents. (if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses - within 15 working days).
100% of the cost of the services provided for Installation Supervision is payable no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Certificate of Services Rendered for Installation Supervision (if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, within 15 working days)
100% of the cost of the services provided for the Chief-commissioning is payable not earlier than 45 and not later than 75 calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Certificate of services rendered for the Chief-commissioning. (if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, within 15 working days).
The Supplier has the right to refuse to receive the Advance. |
