| Payment terms: | In connection with the planned procurement on the topic Development of a project for the modernization of the control and control system of diesel generator sets of the Bilibino NPP autonomous power supply system, I ask you to send to the address of the Bilibino NPP by 03/14/2023 bilnpp@chukotka.ru or to an ETP (ETS-Fabricant, JSC "Unified Electronic Trading Platform", LLC "RTS-Tender") technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as TCH) Your organization about the cost of services.
The offer must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, presented on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details (TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail);
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the performance of the contract (the term of services, payment procedure, etc.).
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of services separately for each stage (in accordance with the form Appendix 2 to this letter).
The following payment terms are provided for the purchase:
- for contracts with a price of up to 5 million rubles, including VAT – no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the provision of services;
- for contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles, inclusive of VAT – no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the provision of services.
The provision of services is required for the Bilibino NPP in stages in accordance with subsection 3.1 of the terms of reference:
Stage 1 – pre-project inspection - from the moment of conclusion of the contract until 01.09.2023;
Stage 2 – PSD development – until 10/20/2023;
Stage 3 – RD development – until 20.12.2023.
Early termination of the provision of services is allowed.

Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
