| Payment terms: | Option 1:
The contract price is paid by the Customer upon the Contractor's performance of work under this contract, including the elimination of identified deficiencies, provided that the work is performed with proper quality and within the agreed time limits established by this Contract (or ahead of schedule with the consent of the Customer), based on the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of Work signed by the Parties (form CS-2), Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (forms KS-3), the original invoice and invoice . Payment term - 50 (fifty) calendar days (for SMEs no more than 30 calendar days) from the date of signing the Act of delivery and acceptance of works (form KS-2). Until the moment of registration of the corresponding bilateral Act of delivery and acceptance (form KS-2), the work is considered unfulfilled.
Option 2
