| Payment terms: | : non-cash payment. 1 option- upon completion of the work, on the basis of option-signed by the Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance, the original invoice and invoice (issued in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation). The payment term is 15/45 (fifteen/ forty-five), depending on the amount of the contract * calendar days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate, option 2 - with an advance payment of no more than 30% of the Contract price, after providing security for the execution of the contract and ensuring the return of the advance in accordance with the requirements of the Contract. |
