license of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision for the design and construction of storage facilities for radioactive substances, radioactive waste storage facilities in accordance with Art. 26 of the Federal Law of 21.11.1995 No. 170-FZ "On the Use of Atomic Energy" with the attachment of the terms of the license, confirming the ability of the contractor to perform the work specified in the terms of reference.
