| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the cost of the work performed by the Contractor in the reporting period (calendar month), within 55 (fifty-five) working days (for organizations included in the management loop of ROSATOM - 30 (Thirty) calendar days), (for SMEs - 15 ( Fifteen) working days) from the date of the original invoice, upon presentation by the Contractor of the originals of the following documents:
- certificate of the cost of work and costs (form KS-3);
- the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form KS-2);
- register of acts of acceptance of work performed;
- invoices (original);
- invoices in electronic format in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
