| Payment terms: | The calculation of the cost of work must be carried out according to the current reference books of base prices included in the Federal Register of Estimated Standards. In the absence of certain types of work in the SBC, it is allowed to determine the cost of work with the application of the structure of the contract price (calculation) with transcripts of cost items (payroll, travel expenses, overhead costs, work and services of an industrial nature performed by third-party organizations), planning and economic indicators of the organization for 2023. In the absence of planned economic indicators agreed with Rosenergoatom Concern JSC, we ask you to provide statistical reporting form No. P-4 "Information on the number and wages of employees" or another reporting form provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation used by your company for an annual period or 6 months.
Please note that the price calculation should include the entire range of works in accordance with the attached terms of reference, with the exception of the cost of coordinating the developed documentation with the developer of the Rostov NPP project JSC Atomenergoproekt.
The cost of coordinating documentation with the developer of the Rostov NPP project is requested by the Customer and included in the calculation of the initial (maximum) price.
The deadline for completing the work in accordance with the terms of reference. No advance payment is provided. Acceptance of works is carried out on the basis of acceptance certificates of completed works signed by the Contractor and the Customer. Payment for the completed works is made by the Customer within 7 calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the completed works.
We inform you that sending the TAP to the Customer and providing you with the calculation of the cost of the work does not impose any additional obligations on the Parties.
