| Payment terms: | In connection with the planned procurement on the topic of Development of working design documentation, manufacture and supply of pencil cases for SFAS of power units No. 2,3,4, I ask you to send to the address of Bilibino NPP by 03/23/2023 bilnpp@chukotka.ru or on the ETP (ETS-Fabricant, JSC "Unified Electronic Trading Platform", LLC "RTS-Tender") technical andcommercial offer of your organization about the cost of services/supplies.
The offer must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, presented on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details (TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail);
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the execution of the contract (the term of services, payment procedure, etc.).
The technical and commercial proposal must contain the calculation of the cost of stage 1 in the form in accordance with Annex 2, the calculation of the cost of stages 2+3, 4+5, 6+7 ( manufacture plus delivery) in accordance with Annex 3 with the allocation of the cost of delivery.
Payment terms. For contracts with a price of less than 5 million rubles, including VAT: The Customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the work, the provision of services by the contractor / contractor and the provision by the contractor / contractor of the documents provided for in the contract.
For contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles, including VAT: The Customer pays the Contractor for the services rendered no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the work, the provision of services by the contractor / contractor and the provision by the contractor / contractor of the documents provided for in the contract.
The provision of works and services is required for the Bilibino NPP in stages:
Stage 1 – Obtaining the RCD, organization and conduct of qualified tests, development and approval of the quality assurance program (QA), development and approval of the quality plan (QA) – from the moment of conclusion of the contract until 30.01.2024.
Stage 2 – Manufacturing and conducting input control of pencil cases in the amount of 300 pcs. – from 01/31/2024 to 30.06.2025.
Stage 3 – Delivery and acceptance of pencil cases in the amount of 300 pcs. at Bilibino NPP, Bilibino, Chukotka JSC – from 01.07.2025 to 30.09.2025.
Stage 4 - Manufacturing and conducting input control of pencil cases in the amount of 220 pcs. – from 01.07.2025 to 30.08.2026.
Stage 5 – Delivery and acceptance of pencil cases in 220 pcs. at Bilibino NPP, Bilibino, Chukotka JSC – from 08/31/2026 to 12/30/2026.
Stage 6 – Manufacturing and conducting input control of pencil cases in the amount of 220 pcs. – from 08/31/2025 to 30.08.2027.
Stage 7 – Delivery and acceptance of pencil cases in the amount of 220 pcs. at Bilibino NPP, Bilibino, Chukotka JSC – from 08/31/2027 until 12/30/2027.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
