| Payment terms: | - an advance of 30% of the total cost of the contract is paid within 45 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract and the Provider provides the advance return and Enforcement of the contract;
- the remaining 70% of the total cost of the contract is paid by the Buyer in stages over 45 calendar days as the Supplier has performed the estimated work phases according to the specification (Annex 1 to contract) taking into account the advance previously paid. Payment is made after the Supplier has completed and the Purchaser has accepted the work in advance payments. |
