Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made upon delivery of the Goods, no later than 95 (ninety-five) calendar days, but not earlier than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the Buyer is provided with the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), d), e) of clause 6.3. of the Contract and signing the Act acceptance and transfer of Goods (the form is set out in Appendix No. 7 to this Agreement).
Note: Contracts with small and medium-sized businesses (for any amount of the contract): "Payment upon the provision of services / delivery of goods / performance of work is made no later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subject to receipt of documents issued in compliance with the established standards for payment).
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
