| Payment terms: | Payment under the Contract is made upon completion of the Work within 7 (seven) working days following the date of receipt by the Customer of the original invoice issued by the Contractor on the basis of:
- the act of acceptance of the completed works (form KS-2), adopted (signed) by the Customer's representative;
- certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3);
- original invoice issued in accordance with art.169, p.5,6 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
In case of improper execution of an invoice, payment for it is not made until a properly executed invoice is provided to the Customer.
The Customer pays the costs and expenses of the Customer's bank, the Contractor – any other bank costs and expenses. |
