| Payment terms: | After the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered (UPD) (without comments) or resolve the issue of eliminating comments, the Contractor issues to the Customer the original invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of tax legislation for payment for the services actually rendered, which the Customer is obliged to pay by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account monthly:
for organizations that are subjects of SMEs – within 30 calendar days;
for organizations that are not SMEs – within 45 calendar days. |
