| Payment terms: | no advance payment is provided;
- Payment for the completed works is made upon their completion within no more than 45 calendar days* from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the completed works (form CS-2), a certificate of the cost of the completed works and costs (form CS-3) or the act of acceptance of the completed works.
* If the price of the contract is less than 5 million rubles. with VAT, the payment of the completed works is made upon their completion within no more than 15 calendar days* from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the completed works (form CS-2), certificates of the cost of the completed works and costs (form CS-3) or the act of acceptance of completed works.
*If, according to the results of the purchase, the contract is concluded with the counterparty - the subject of the SME, then payment for the work performed is made upon their completion within no more than 7 working days * from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the work performed (form KS-2), certificates of the cost of the work performed and costs (form COP-3) or the act of acceptance of completed works. |
