| Payment terms: | Payment for the Works performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer is made in stages no later than 50 (fifty) calendar days, but not earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days (for a Contractor that belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, applicable: no later than 7 (seven) business days, from the date of signing the documents (acceptance certificate completed works) confirming the Contractor's fulfillment of obligations (subject to receipt of documents for payment executed in compliance with the established norms). |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
