Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment terms – 100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of each batch of Goods in accordance with (when concluding an agreement with small and medium–sized businesses - within 30 calendar days) p.V.3 of the contract in full, acceptance of the Goods in full of the corresponding batch by the Buyer, signing by the Parties of the consignment note for the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD form and the provision of an invoice and invoice or UPD in respect of all Goods of the relevant batch. The whole quantity of Goods delivered with the same delivery time is considered to be a batch.
In case of delivery of an incomplete batch of Goods, the Buyer accepts the delivered Goods for safekeeping until the delivery of the full batch of Goods (with the drawing up of the acceptance certificate in accordance with the form specified in Appendix No. 8) or refuses the Goods (Articles 5.3 – 5.5 of the Contract), while the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD by the Buyer don't subscribe.2. Place of delivery of products (goods): to the territory of the construction site located at site No. 18a, the agricultural complex of JSC "SHK" in the north-eastern part of the industrial zone of Seversk, Tomsk region.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
