Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
5.5. The Customer pays the Contractor an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the amount specified in clause 5.1. of this Agreement, which is ___________ (_________) ________, including VAT ___________ (_________) _______, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of invoicing for the advance payment and providing the Contractor with security for the return of the advance (text, italicized, is included if clause 10.2 of the agreement provides for the provision of security for the return of the advance payment)
The final payment in the amount of 70 (Seventy) percent of the delivered batch of products is made within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Customer of each batch of the result of the work performed of proper quality and in proper completeness, as well as all shipping documents, invoices, and other documentation related to the products.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
