| Payment terms: | 30% - Advance payment shall be paid on the contract price, no later than 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, subject to receipt of invoice and provision of enforcement contracts;
40% of the cost of the equipment shall be paid not earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer is a small and medium-sized enterprise within 15 working days); following the signing date of the Transport Document, subject to the original invoice, invoice, TTN signed by the Parties;
15% of the cost of the equipment shall be paid not earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer is a small and medium-sized enterprise within 15 working days); following the date of the Buyer's signing of the Schemontage Services Act (if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, within 15 working days);
15% of the cost of the equipment shall be paid not earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer is a small and medium-sized enterprise within 15 working days); following the date of the Buyer's signing of the Chef Services Act. (if the Supplier is a small and medium-sized enterprise within 15 working days);
100% of the cost of Chefmontage services rendered shall be payable not earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days following the date of the Buyer's signing of the Schemmontage Services Act (if the Supplier applies to small and medium-sized businesses within 15 working days);
100% of the cost of the Chef Services rendered shall be paid no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days following the date of the Buyer's signing of the Chef Services Act. (if the Supplier is a small and medium-sized enterprise within 15 working days);
The Supplier has the right to refuse to receive the Advance. |
