Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- the advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of the equipment is paid by the Buyer within 20 working days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of the invoice generated after receipt from the Buyer of the notification of the opening of financing limits, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance;
- The Buyer pays 70% of the cost of the delivered equipment within 45 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and documents from the Supplier confirming proper fulfillment of obligations to deliver the goods (consignment note, invoice, or UPD) subject to compliance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for their registration.) (for Suppliers except SMEs)*
– The Buyer pays 70% of the cost of the delivered equipment within 7 working days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and documents from the Supplier confirming the proper fulfillment of obligations to deliver the goods (consignment note, invoice, or UPD) subject to compliance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for their registration.) - The Buyer pays 100% of the cost of commissioning and instruction within 10 working days from the date of signing the Act of completed works and documents confirming the proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations under commissioning (invoice subject to compliance with the requirements for its design).

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
