| Payment terms: | Advance payment (prepayment) 50% of the cost of the equipment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of entry into force of the Agreement on the basis of the Supplier's invoice, at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of entry into force of the Agreement, subject to the provision by the Supplier of security for the return of the advance payment provided within the time period established by Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement. In case of violation of the deadline for the provision of collateral, the advance payment period is proportionally extended by the number of days of delay in the provision of collateral. The final calculation in the amount of 50% of the cost of the equipment is carried out at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of shipment of the equipment within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Buyer's warehouse on the basis of original invoices and waybills (waybills). |
