Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Terms of payment:
25% of the Equipment price, within 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, provided that the Supplier provides a complete set of documents;
55% of the price of Equipment for the corresponding power unit within 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date the Supplier provides the Buyer with a set of documents and the achievement of a Key Event;
20% of the cost of the actually delivered Equipment (batch of Equipment), taking into account previously paid advance and interim advance payments, is made by the Buyer upon delivery of the Equipment (batch of Equipment) within 50 (fifty) calendar days after its delivery to the Place of delivery in accordance with the terms of the Contract on the basis of the Supplier providing the Buyer with a set of documents and collateral fulfillment of warranty obligations

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
