| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by transferring funds from the Customer's account to the Contractor's account within 45 calendar * days from the date of signing by the Customer the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered. No advance payment is provided.
1. NOTES: If, according to the results of the purchase, the contract is concluded with the counterparty - the subject of the SME, the payment for the services rendered is made within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered.
2. If the price of the concluded contract is less than 5 million rubles including VAT, then payment for the services rendered is made within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered. |
