| Payment terms: | Payment is made upon completion of the work within no more than 45 calendar days* from the date of signing by the Customer of the ED confirming the completion and/or UPD (Act of acceptance of completed works) with the provision of accompanying documentation.
*NOTES:
If the price of the concluded contract is less than 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive), then payment is made within no more than 15 calendar days.
If, according to the results of the purchase, a contract is concluded with an SME, then payment is made within no more than 7 working days.
