| Payment terms: | payment of performed works shall be made by the Customer upon the fact of their performance on the basis of the act of delivery signed by the Customer — acceptance of the performed works and invoice of the Contractor during:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the performance of work (stage of work), for contracts:
- with the price of the contract up to 5 million rubles. VAT (inclusive);
- with the sole Contractor - the organization of the industry (without price limit);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of performance of work (stage of work), for contracts:
- with SME entities.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the performance of works (stage of work) by the executor,
and the provision by the contractor of the documents provided for by the contract,
for contracts for work with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT.
Payment of the delivered products is made by the Customer during
(a) 60 calendar days from the date of the Consignee's signing of a positive entry control certificate after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and submission of documents, named in section 5 of the technical specifications,
- with the contract price of more than 5 million rubles with VAT.
b) within 30 calendar days from the date of the Consignee's signing of a positive entry control certificate after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness and presentation of the documents named in section 5 of the technical specifications,
- with the sole supplier - the organization of the industry;
- with the price of the contract up to 5 million rubles, including VAT (inclusive);
c) 15 working days from the date of the Consignee's signing of a positive entry control certificate after receiving the Products of proper quality
and in the proper completeness and submission of documents named
section 5 of the technical specification
- with SMEs (in any manner of procurement). |
