| Payment terms: | - the Buyer transfers an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of the Agreement to the Supplier's current account within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the supplementary agreement to this Agreement in accordance with clause 3.8 of the Agreement, as well as after the Supplier provides security for the obligations to refund the advance in accordance with clause 3.5 of the Agreement. The advance is paid in the amount of the security provided, but not more than 30% of the total value of the Contract.
The advance payment is credited in full on the invoice, invoice for the delivered products according to item 1 of the tabular part of the specification.
