Payment for the cost of products specified in the specification is carried out after documentary confirmation of delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered products, within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note and passing the entrance control on the basis of the originals of the invoice, invoice received from the Contractor.
For the winner, who is a subject of SMEs:
Payment for the cost of products specified in the specification is carried out after documentary confirmation of delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the delivered, within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note and passing the entrance control on the basis of the originals of the invoice, invoice received from the Contractor. |
