| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays the Supplier an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract amount, which is ___________ (_________) ________ rubles, including VAT ___________ (_________) _______ rubles, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of invoicing for the advance payment.
The final payment for the Goods delivered by the Supplier and accepted by the Buyer is made based on the value specified in clause 3.1 of this Agreement, minus the amount of the advance previously paid, within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the UPD/COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12. |
