Payment terms:Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of each batch of Goods, within 20 (twenty) calendar days after the Buyer is provided with the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), d) of clause 6.4. of the Agreement and the signing of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set out in Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement).

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
