| Payment terms: | Payment for manufactured and delivered Products of proper quality is made by the Buyer, taking into account clause 6.11 of the Agreement, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account within:
30 calendar days (for winners -organizations of SMEs);
45 calendar days (for non-SME winners)
from the moment of delivery of Products to the Buyer's warehouse, on the basis of original invoices, invoices, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD, subject to delivery of products of proper quality to the Buyer's warehouse in accordance with specification No. 1 to the contract, exchange of original contracts signed by both Parties |
