Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment amount: 30% of the contract price within 10 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract. (If the payment is not subject to VAT, the corresponding basis is indicated with reference to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation).
Deadline for final payment:
– 70% of the contract price within 45 calendar days from the date of the last (due date) of the events:
-delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse;
-provision of documents specified in p.v.6.2 of the contract.
In case of delivery of Goods of improper quality and/or incomplete Goods, Goods with packaging violation, such Goods are not considered delivered, the Buyer has no obligation to pay for such Goods, the Goods are accepted for safekeeping by the Buyer until the violations are eliminated. (for Suppliers excluding SMEs) *
– 70% of the contract price within 7 business days from the date of the last (due date) of the events:
-delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse;
-provision of documents specified in p.v.6.2 of the contract.
In case of delivery of Goods of improper quality and/or incomplete Goods, Goods with packaging violation, such Goods are not considered delivered, the Buyer has no obligation to pay for such Goods, the Goods are accepted for safekeeping by the Buyer until the violations are eliminated. This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
