| Payment terms: | The Customer shall pay for the completed works (services rendered) within 45 (forty–five) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of completed works (services rendered) on the basis of received invoices for payment and invoices from the Contractor, issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The invoice shall be provided by the contractor no later than 5 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed (services rendered).
Advance payment is not provided. It is required to ensure the fulfillment of the contract obligations under the contract in the amount of 5% of the contract price. |
