Maintenance of electric facilities of JSC Atomspetstrans
Purchasing items:
1.
Scheduled maintenance - carrying out a preventive inspection of lighting equipment, performing replacement services for failed lamps.
- visual inspection (6 pcs.)
- temperature measurements of contacts, bolted connections, cable, automatic thermal imagers;
- instrumental check of electric meters 3 pcs;
- broaching of contacts of connections of chains in SCHU 6 pcs., SCHS 15 pcs., SCHO 20 pcs.;
- load measurements in TP 3323, dephasing, switching groups.
- identification and elimination of defects in the operation of automation systems, replacement of defective or unusable individual elements of equipment, instruments and actuators with new or repaired ones provided by the Customer.
- checking the operability of the AD50 diesel generator set and the AVR unit.
- Execution of the necessary documentation (acts and protocols) based on the results of the services provided (36 month)

Unscheduled maintenance (performing equipment replacement services in case of malfunctions, mechanical damage, failure as a result of accidents), performed at the bidding of the Customer. (1 month)
3.
Preparation of annual technical reports on buildings No. 1-9 (27 pcs)

Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made by the Customer in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account within 7 (seven) business days from the date the Customer signs the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
