| Payment terms: | - Оплата выполненных работ производится по факту их выполнения в течение 45 календарных* дней с даты подписания Заказчиком акта о приемке выполненных работ или акта о приемке выполненных работ формы КС-2, справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат формы КС-3. Датой оплаты считается дата списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Заказчика.
*В случае, если по результатам закупки, договор будет заключен с контрагентом - субъектом МСП, то оплата выполненных работ производится по факту их выполнения в течение 15 рабочих дней с даты подписания Заказчиком акта о приемке выполненных работ или акта о приемке выполненных работ формы КС-2, справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат формы КС-3.
*В случае, если цена заключаемого договора составляет менее 5 млн. руб., то оплата выполненных работ производится по факту их выполнения в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания Заказчиком акта о приемке выполненных работ или акта о приемке выполненных работ формы КС-2, справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат формы КС-3. |
