b) 7 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services), for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents provided for in the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles with VAT. |
