| Payment terms: | Based on the results of the analysis of commercial proposals with the participant who offered a lower cost and most fully fulfilled the requirements of the technical task, it is planned to conclude an agreement.
The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead, registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, must contain:
- full name of the organization;
- requisites and contact information: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the execution of the contract (the term for the provision of services, the procedure for payment, etc.);
- information on the cost per unit of services and the total cost of the commercial proposal, indicating the amounts excluding VAT, including VAT.
Payment terms in accordance with subsection 3.1 of the Terms of Reference - 100% prepayment.
The provision of services is required for the Bilibino NPP from the moment of the conclusion of the contract, but no later than 16.12.2021.
Carrying out this procedure for collecting information does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
