| Payment terms: | Payment is made no more than 45 calendar days for winners who are not related to SME entities; no more than 30 calendar days for winners of SME entities from the moment of presentation (sending a cover letter) of an invoice and an invoice in 2 (two) copies, issued within 5 (five) days from the date of acceptance of the completed works, in in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, executed by the Contractor on the basis of the act of acceptance of the work performed. |
