| Payment terms: | 100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid within 45 calendar days, from the moment of delivery of the Goods in full to each batch according to clause V.3, acceptance of the Goods in full to the corresponding batch by the Buyer, signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12 and providing an invoice and invoice for the entire Goods of the corresponding batch. |
