| Payment terms: | OPTION I (payment for organizations that are not related to small and medium-sized businesses):
Payments are made by the Buyer to the Supplier's settlement account within no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the Buyer, and the signing by the Buyer of the shipping documents confirming the transfer of the goods (consignment note, consignment note), as well as the provision by the Supplier of all necessary documents under the Contract.
OPTION II (payment for organizations belonging to small and medium-sized businesses):
Payments are made by the Buyer to the Supplier's settlement account within no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the Buyer, and the signing by the Buyer of the shipping documents confirming the transfer of the goods (waybill, waybill), as well as the provision by the Supplier of all necessary documents under the Contract. |
