| Payment terms: | Advance payment – from 0% to 30% (at the choice of the supplier-contractor) of the Contract price, payment for the actually delivered Goods – from 60% to 90% of the cost (price) Goods (as delivered), deferred payment - 10% of the Contract price.
The amount of the advance payment may be at the decision of the Participant of the procurement procedure (potential Supplier) in the range from 0 (zero)% to 30 (thirty)% of the Price (cost) Goods, the delivery of which is carried out for the purpose of construction (Construction) of a capital construction object. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
