| Payment terms: | The services are paid monthly, upon the provision of the services, after the parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered and the customer receives from the contractor the originals of the invoice and/or invoice for payment in the following terms (depending on the contractor's affiliation to the SME):
within 30 calendar days (for organizations that are SME entities);
within 45 calendar days (for organizations that are not SME entities). |
