| Payment terms: | After the parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services (without comments), the Contractor issues to the Customer the originals of the invoice and the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Russian Federation for payment for the services actually rendered, which the Customer is obliged to pay by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, within 7 working days from the date of receipt original invoices and invoices.
