| Payment terms: | Payment for services rendered for each type of services provided for in paragraphs 1.1.1, 1.1.2 of this Agreement is made by the Customer in a non-cash manner by transferring funds by payment order to the Contractor's settlement account within 20 (twenty), but not earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the Act on Services rendered for each type of services provided for in paragraphs 1.1.1, 1.1.2 of this Agreement, provided that the Contractor issues an invoice for payment. The moment of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account. The date of fulfillment of the Contractor's obligations is the date of signing by the parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered. |
