| Payment terms: | • Payment for the services rendered is made in the amount of 100%:
• with the contract price up to 5 million rubles (inclusive) - within no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days;
- with a small and medium-sized business entity - within no more than 7 (seven) working days;
- with a single supplier – an organization of the industry - within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days;
- in all other cases - within no more than 45 (forty-five) calendar days* after the parties have signed the act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor. No advance payment is provided.
