| Payment terms: | Payment for Services is carried out by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor for Tasks, based on the number of Services rendered and the cost of each Service on the following conditions:
In the absence of the Main Contract (P.A.5.), payment for Services on the Assignment is made in accordance with the unit rates of Services set out in the Price Calculation Structure (Appendix No. 2), within 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the Parties sign the UPD/Act.
In the case of the Main Contract (item A.5.), payment for Services under the Assignment is made in accordance with the unit rates established in the Price Calculation Structure (Appendix No. 2), within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the UPD / Act, but not before the Customer receives funds under the Main Contract. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
