| Payment terms: | The customer pays for the services rendered by the contractor on a monthly basis, upon their provision, after the parties sign the act of acceptance of the services rendered and the customer receives from the contractor the originals of the invoice and /or invoice for payment in the following terms (depending on the contractor's affiliation to SMEs):
within 30 calendar days (for organizations that are subjects of SMEs);
within 45 calendar days (for organizations that are not SMEs). |
