| Payment terms: | The Customer, within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of the Parties of the relevant act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered, receipt of the invoice and invoice for payment, transfers 100% of the cost of the services rendered to the Contractor's settlement account. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
